Tanul Technologies is located at Rathi Nagar Circle, which is always a bit noisy with the traffic outside. Inside, it is usually a mess of cables, opened up computer cases, and rows of keyboards waiting for someone to use them. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and trying to figure out why a particular piece of hardware isn't doing what it is supposed to. Sometimes it’s just a loose wire, and other times we have to replace the whole motherboard, which takes a lot of patience. There are piles of old parts in the corner that we keep just in case we need a specific screw or a bracket. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. The shop is small, so when a few people come in at once, it gets a bit crowded near the counter. We deal with a lot of software updates too, which can be a real pain when the internet starts acting slow. Usually, we are just sitting here with a screwdriver in hand or typing away at a terminal. It is a lot of trial and error some days. Rathi Nagar is a good spot to be, even if the parking around the circle is a bit of a nightmare for anyone visiting. We just keep the lights on and keep working through the stack of repairs that come in every morning until we close.
