Our office is actually a house, House Number 01 to be exact, located in Ganeshpeth, Amravati. We are Akilli Innovations, and we prefer this kind of setup over a traditional office building. It makes the work feel more personal and less like a chore. Amravati is a nice place to live and work, far enough away from the frantic pace of the bigger cities like Mumbai. In our house-office, we have turned the main rooms into workspaces. There are cables running along the floors and desks pushed up against the walls. It’s not a polished environment, but it’s where we get our best ideas. We don't have a HR department or a marketing team telling us what to say. We just work on our projects and talk to our customers directly. The street outside is usually pretty quiet, though you might hear some kids playing or a neighbor’s scooter now and then. We take our breaks on the porch and just watch the world go by for a few minutes before heading back to the screens. It’s a small operation, and we like keeping it that way. We focus on the work itself rather than trying to look like a big company. If you come by, you’ll just find a few people working hard in a regular house, trying to come up with something useful every day.
