The Osaw Complex is a bit of a local landmark on Jagadhri Road, and we have been at this same spot for many years. Osaw Industrial Products Pvt. Ltd. Haryana takes up a large part of the site, and most people in the region who work in this industry know our gates well. We still get a lot of our mail at P. O. Box 42, which is a system we have used since the beginning. The buildings here definitely show their age, but they are solid and have seen a lot of work go through them. We have different sections for the various jobs we do, so there is always a lot of walking back and forth between the different sheds and the main office. We don't really go for modern furniture or anything flashy. Most of the desks are old wood and we have rows of paper files everywhere. We just focus on the industrial products we have always made. Our crew is a mix of people who have been here for decades and some younger guys just starting out. We often have our lunch together in the shade of the main building when the Haryana heat gets too intense. There is a real sense of history in these walls. We aren't trying to change the world or anything like that, we just keep the production lines moving. Jagadhri Road is usually packed with cycles and trucks, but we just stick to our routine and get the work done.
