Our place is out in Sector 21 of Panchkula. It’s a decent area in Haryana, a bit quieter than some of the bigger cities nearby. Essar has been operating from this address for a while. We don’t have a massive sign or anything like that; we just have our office where we handle the daily grind. It’s a fairly straightforward setup. We come in, check the mail, respond to messages, and try to stay ahead of our schedule. The neighborhood is mostly residential with some businesses mixed in, so it’s got a relaxed feel to it. Inside the office, things can get a bit cluttered with papers and samples, but we manage to find what we need. We are just regular people trying to make a living and keep the business steady. We don't use big words or have complicated meetings. Usually, we just talk over a cup of tea about what the plan is for the afternoon. Panchkula is a nice place to work because it’s organized, and getting around isn’t too difficult. We like it here. It’s the kind of place where you know the guy at the corner shop and the postman by name. We just keep focusing on our daily tasks and making sure everything is handled properly before we lock up for the night. It's a modest operation, but it works for us and the people we deal with.
