Bhushan Power & Steel Ltd

Up here in Haryana, at 851, Sector 8 in Panchkula, we run the Bhushan Power & Steel Ltd operations. It’s a decent-sized place. We’ve got the usual office stuff—clunky desks, some old chairs, and a lot of binders filled with invoices. The sector is fairly well-kept, and we’ve been in this building long enough that the neighbors know us. Working with steel isn't exactly clean work, so sometimes the floors get a bit of grit on them no matter how much we sweep. We deal with various power and steel projects, mostly focusing on the paperwork and coordination side of things from this specific office. The mornings are usually the busiest when the trucks are getting ready or when the site reports come in. It can get pretty loud when everyone is talking at once. We don't really do much in the way of decorating. There are some old calendars on the wall and maybe a few samples of steel rods sitting in the corner. It’s a practical space for practical work. The heat in the summer can be tough, but the coolers help a bit. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to make sure the steel gets where it needs to go on time. Most of us have been working together for years, so we have a rhythm that just works for us without needing much explanation.
