Our place, Wave Powertech Pvt Ltd, is tucked into the Bhiwadi RIICO Industrial Area at Chopanki. If you know the area, you know it’s a real hub for manufacturing. We’ve been at this location for a while now, focusing on power-related tech and components. It’s not a glamorous job. Most of the day is spent troubleshooting or assembling parts while the fans hum in the background. The air in Chopanki can be thick with the smell of nearby factories, but you get used to it after the first week. We have a small crew and we all know our roles pretty well. There’s no hierarchy where people are afraid to speak up; if a part looks wrong, anyone on the floor says so. We keep our supplies stacked along the walls to save space. The office is just a couple of desks and a computer that’s a bit slow, but it gets the invoices done. We don't spend money on fancy signs or expensive furniture. We’d rather put that into the equipment we use for the actual work. Usually, we're so busy with the current jobs that we don't have time to think about much else. It’s about showing up, doing the work, and making sure the customers get what they paid for without any unnecessary delays or complications. We just try to keep things moving as smoothly as possible.
