Mohindra Transformers

We’ve been here at RIICO Industrial Area on the Main Road, S/P/313/A, for quite a while now. Dealing with transformers isn’t exactly a clean job, but it’s what we know. Most days the shop floor is pretty loud with the guys moving heavy parts around and the sound of tools hitting metal. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially in the summer, but we just keep the fans going and get through the work. People usually find us easily because we’re right on the main road, so you can’t really miss the building. We handle a lot of repairs and assembly stuff here. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. We have a small desk near the front where we keep the records and take calls, though half the time the phone is ringing while someone is out back looking for a specific bolt. My father started things off and now we just keep the routine going day by day. Sometimes the tea guy comes by twice if we’re having a busy shift. We don’t really do much advertising or anything because the people in the area already know where we are and what we can do with these big machines. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and making sure the wiring is right before anything leaves the gate. We just try to get the orders done so they do not pile up on the floor.
