Suraj School

Suraj School is located in Bhiwadi, an area known for its industries and fast growth. Being in the 301019 pincode, we are right in the middle of a place that never really stops moving. The school serves many families who have moved here for work. The morning starts early with a fleet of buses navigating the industrial roads to bring students in. It can get quite dusty outside because of all the trucks and construction, so we try to keep the gates closed and the hallways swept as often as possible. The building is large and has many rooms to accommodate the growing number of children in this town. Inside, it is a bit of a maze of corridors and stairs. We have a playground that is used for everything from morning drills to evening cricket matches. The teachers here are a mix of people from different parts of the country who have settled in Bhiwadi. It is a busy, functional place where the focus is on the daily grind of lessons and exams. The office is usually humming with the sound of the printer and parents coming in to ask about holidays or uniform changes. We don’t have much time for fancy displays; we just keep the schedules running. It’s a sturdy school that fits the character of a hardworking town like Bhiwadi. Everyone here is just trying to do their part, from the security guards at the gate to the staff in the canteen.
