If you head down towards Plot No B-40 in Bhiwadi, you’ll find Shemford School. It sits right there in the middle of everything. The neighborhood is busy, so there is always some noise from the street, but once you step inside the gates, it feels a bit different. We have been here for a good number of years now. The walls have been painted a few times, though the sun usually fades the color faster than we’d like. Most of us working here live nearby, so we just walk or take a quick rickshaw to get to the site every morning. It’s a practical setup. We have classrooms for different ages, and a small area where kids can run around during their breaks. It isn't a massive campus, but we use the space we have. You might notice some old desks in the corner or a stack of books waiting to be sorted in the hallway. That’s just how it is on a typical Tuesday. We don't have a big marketing team writing things for us. It is just the staff trying to keep the schedule on track and making sure the water coolers are filled up. Some days are smoother than others. When it rains, things get a bit messy around the entrance, but we just mop it up and keep going. It’s a local place for local people, and we like it that way.
