Manoj Kumar runs things here at L I E T Chikani9Alwar. We are located out in Village-Rajdhoki, which is near the post office in Hingwahera. It is a quiet part of the Alwar district in Rajasthan. The roads around here can get quite dusty during the dry season, but that is just how it is in the Teh.-Tijara area. Manoj’s father, Shrichand Yadav, is a familiar face to most people around the village. We started doing our work in this spot because it is where we are from. Most days it is just us handling whatever needs to get done. It is not a fancy office with big glass windows or anything like that. We just have a practical space where we can work. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a while, so we just take a break and sit outside. We have been at this address for quite some time now. Neighbors often stop by just to chat for a bit. It is a simple life in this part of India. We do not have a big corporate team, just local people who know the area. You have to drive a little way to get to the main town of Alwar from our place. The Hingwahera post office is the best landmark to look for if you are trying to find us. We try to keep our papers organized but it gets a bit messy when we are busy. It gets very hot in the summer months, so we keep the fans going all day.
