If you go to CD Junction in Angamaly, you’ll find our ITC right there. It’s a pretty active part of town with lots of people moving around. We’ve got a shop-like feel to the place because of the tools and equipment we keep for the training. It’s not a polished office at all. We mostly have grease on our hands or dust on our desks from the workshop area. The students come in early and we get straight to the practical stuff. Angamaly is a good place to be for this kind of work because there are lots of industries around. We’ve been running this ITC for a good while now. The building is standard, nothing special to look at, but it gets the job done. We spend a lot of time showing people how to handle machines. It’s noisy sometimes, especially when everyone is working at once. We don’t have a big marketing team, just a few of us making sure the classes run on time. People stop by CD Junction and see our sign. We keep things very informal here. If you want to talk about the courses, you just walk into the main office and find one of us. It’s a very hands-on environment. Most of the guys here are from the local area. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. It keeps the energy up during those long hot afternoons in the workshop.
