Aykenes Designers & Developers is right on the Main Road in Varappuzha. You can find us at Puthanpally, and we are directly opposite the Federal Bank. It is a busy spot, especially with all the vehicles heading through Ernakulam. Our daily routine involves a lot of drawing and planning. We have been here for a while, and the office has become a second home for most of us. It is not a polished or fancy place, but it is where we get everything done. Usually, the desks are covered with site plans and there is always a pot of tea somewhere nearby. We do a mix of design and development work, which means some days are spent in front of a computer and others are spent out in the sun at a building site. We don't have any big marketing slogans. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. The rain can be a bit of a problem in this part of Kerala, sometimes making it hard to get out to the sites, but we manage. We like the local feel of Varappuzha and knowing the people who live and work around the Federal Bank. Most of our clients are just regular people looking to build something new or fix what they have. We try to be as practical as possible with our suggestions and just get the job finished.
