Betron Tech Services

Betron Tech Services is located in the Leo Building, which is number 4/464C in the Desom area of Aluva. We are very close to the Dhanalakshmi Bank, so that is usually how we tell people to find us. Our space isn't huge, but it is enough for the tech work we do every day. We have benches set up for repairs and a few desks where we handle the paperwork. It is a pretty standard setup for a local service business. We don't have a lobby or a receptionist; you just walk in and talk to whoever is available. Most of the time, we are busy with some kind of gadget or piece of hardware that isn't behaving. Aluva is a nice place to work, though it gets quite humid during the rainy season. We have been in this building for a while and know most of the other people who work around here. We don't spend money on billboards or big ads. Word of mouth is usually how people hear about us. We just try to get the work done and hope that is enough to keep people coming back. Sometimes a repair takes longer than we thought it would, or we have to wait for a part to arrive in the mail. We just tell it like it is and keep moving forward. It is just a normal local shop doing our best with the tools we have.
