My office is set up at Kattakayam House in Kadayiruppu. It’s right there in Kolenchery, quite close to the Mose Medical College. Because of the college, there is always some movement in the area, but my spot stays fairly calm. I’ve been working as Aby George from this house for a while now. It isn't a corporate building; it is a real place where actual work gets done without any of that fancy stuff. I have a room where I keep my files and my computer, and that is about all I need. People usually find me through word of mouth or because they are familiar with the neighborhood. I don't spend money on big ads or try to sound more important than I am. I just handle the tasks that people bring to me. Living and working in the 682311 area is convenient for me and the people I know. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit messy, but that is just life in Ernakulam. I try to keep my schedule regular, but since it is just me, things can be flexible. I like the fact that I can just walk to the corner for a coffee and chat with the neighbors. It is a very grounded way to live and work. There are no missions or big visions here, just a man at his desk getting things finished. It's about as simple as a business gets.
