The Grill Kabab Treat

We are located right on Ranikhet Road in Ramnagar. The Grill Kabab Treat is what we decided to call it because we do a lot of grilling here. Ramnagar gets quite a lot of people passing through, especially those headed up towards Nainital or staying around Dhikuli. It's a nice enough spot. We spend a lot of time by the grill, as you can imagine. The smoke gets everywhere. Most nights it’s just us making sure the skewers are ready. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in town. Just a small spot on the side of the road where you can grab something. It gets chilly here in the evenings so the heat from the coals feels good. We get all sorts of people, locals from around 244715 and tourists who are just lost. We don’t have much in the way of decor. Just some tables and chairs that have seen better days. Keeping up with the cleaning is a constant job. My cousin helps out when he can. We buy our supplies from the local market nearby every morning. It’s simpler that way. We don't have a fancy menu either. Just what we know how to make well. If the power goes out, which happens sometimes, we just use candles or torches. It’s a bit of a struggle sometimes, but we like being here. It’s just life in Ramnagar, really. We're just open and doing our thing daily.
