Corbett Restaurant

Our restaurant is situated in O'Garjia, right in the Dhikuli area. It is a place that feels very connected to the outdoors because we are so close to the park. The road outside can get quite dusty when the safari jeeps go past, and we spend a fair amount of time sweeping that dust away from the entrance. We are not a fancy dining establishment with white tablecloths and expensive decorations. Instead, we have a simple setup that works for the people who come here. Most of our guests are travelers who are visiting the Corbett area, and they are usually looking for a quick and honest meal. We have a small team in the kitchen who have been with us for a long time. We don't have any big marketing plans or glossy brochures. We just rely on the fact that we are in a good spot and we do our work steadily. Sometimes we have to deal with monkeys coming near the kitchen or power cuts during the monsoon season. It is just part of living and working in this part of the country. We keep things basic and don't make any big promises. We just provide a place to sit and eat while you are exploring the forest. It is a quiet life for the most part, and we are fine with that.
