Grass Root Play School

You will find Grass Root Play School at 27 Marris Road in Aligarh. It is a small place specifically for the younger children who are just starting out. Unlike the big secondary schools, our day is filled with the sounds of toddlers playing and learning their first words. The school is right on a busy road, but we have made it a safe and quiet little spot for the little ones once they are inside. We don't have a big corporate board or fancy marketing slogans. We are just a local team that enjoys working with children. The rooms are decorated with drawings and we have plenty of toys and simple books for them to look at. It is a lot of hard work keeping up with all the energy they have, but it is also very rewarding to see them learn. The parents are usually people who live right here in Aligarh or work in the nearby offices. They like being able to stop by and talk to us directly without any fuss. We focus on the basics like the alphabet, numbers, and just learning how to get along with other kids. The furniture is all tiny, which the kids love. We don't have any grand plans to expand or become famous; we just want to provide a good, honest place for parents to leave their children while they go about their day. It’s a simple, local operation for our community and it feels like home.
