We started this school to give the families around here a nearby place for their children to study. It is a neighborhood school through and through. The building is tucked away in the residential area, so it stays relatively quiet compared to the main roads of Aligarh. We have a set of teachers who have been with us for a good bit of time. They know the kids by name. We don't have a huge playground, but there is enough space for the children to move around during their break. The classrooms are simple and we keep them clean. We handle the usual board exams and the daily homework. Parents like that they can just walk their kids to the gate and go about their day. We don't spend money on big ads or shiny brochures. Most of our students come because their neighbors' kids go here. It is a practical school for practical people. We just try to make sure that the students learn their math and science and languages. There is no complicated philosophy here. We just open the school on time and make sure the lessons happen. It is a small part of Rathi Nagar that has been here for several years now. We usually have a small assembly in the morning.
