Our school is located in Chandfari Hastpur, which is a part of the Iglas area in Aligarh. Being out here means things are a bit quieter than in the center of the city. The pin code for this spot is 202124. Adarsh Janta Uchater Madham, Ic Vidhlay is a long name, but most people around here just know us as the local college. We have the usual brick buildings and a gated entrance that stays open during the morning when the kids arrive. Many of the students walk from the surrounding houses or come in from the nearby villages. It can get quite dusty on the road outside when the wind picks up. Inside, we have rows of benches and chalkboards that have seen better days. The teachers are mostly local folks who have been around for years. We do not have many big events, just the daily routine of bells ringing and students moving from one room to another. Lunchtime is when the grounds get some life, with everyone eating their tiffins. We try to keep the place tidy, but with so many kids, there is always a bit of a mess to clean up at the end of the day. It is just a simple school doing what schools do in this part of Uttar Pradesh. We do not make much of a fuss about things, just focusing on the lessons and making sure the building is open every morning for the students.
