Baba Dharam Singh Academy School

We've been here in Byonhara for a while now. It’s a quiet spot near Iglas. The school building isn't fancy, but it gets the job done for the kids in this part of Aligarh. Most people around here know where we are. We just try to keep things running smoothly day to day. It’s mostly about making sure the students show up and actually learn something useful. We have basic classrooms and a bit of space outside for them to run around during the break. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, but that's just how it is around here. Our staff are mostly local people who live nearby. We don’t have a big fancy office or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably see us just sitting at the main desk or walking around the halls. We started this because there weren't many options for families in this specific area. It takes a lot of work to keep a school going in a place like this. We deal with the usual stuff like power cuts and fixing broken desks when we can. It’s not a big corporate operation, just a local school trying to help the neighborhood kids get through their classes. People know us by name, and we know most of the parents too. It’s a small community feel. We just focus on the books and the lessons without making a big fuss about things.
