Shri Arunbhau Rathod Manora Farmer Producer Company Limited is a small operation we started over at Arun Dhansing Rathod's place in Manora. It’s a local effort through and through. We felt like the farmers around Manora needed a way to work together instead of everyone just doing their own thing. It’s not a fancy setup. We mostly operate out of the house and spend most of our time out in the actual fields or meeting with other farmers in the village. We named the company after Arunbhau because he’s been a central part of getting this whole thing off the ground. We don't have any big marketing budgets or a team of experts. We just have our experience and a desire to see our crops do well. Some days are really long, especially during harvest time, and the paperwork can be a real headache. But we think it's worth it to have this company for the community. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big office or fancy titles. We're just farmers who wanted to take a bit more control over how we sell what we grow. It’s a practical way to manage things, and it keeps us all connected. If you’re in Manora, you’ll likely see us around, probably talking shop or hauling something to the market. We just keep it simple and focus on the day-to-day work that keeps the farms going.
