Kalsuaai Adivasi Farmers Producer Company Limited

We are based at house number 357 in Kotul, which is right near the ST stand in Akola. It’s a busy spot with the buses coming and going all day long. We are just a group of local farmers who decided to start Kalsuaai Adivasi Farmers Producer Company Limited because doing things alone was getting too hard for us. Most of us have lived here our whole lives and farming is the only thing we really know how to do. Our office isn't much to look at. It’s mostly just a place for us to sit and talk when we aren't out in the sun. We spend our days dealing with the soil and the crops, trying to make sure everything grows right despite the weather. It gets really hot here in Akola, and that makes the work even tougher. We don't have any fancy mission statements or big goals other than keeping our farms running and making enough to support our families. Sometimes the paperwork gets confusing, but we help each other out with it. We handle the seeds, the fertilizer, and the harvest ourselves. It’s a lot of physical work and not much rest. People know us in Kotul as the guys who are always at the fields or hanging around the ST stand area talking about the rain. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We are just farmers working together to keep things moving.
