You can find us at House Number 84, right on Z P Road in Hirpur village. We are very close to the ZP School, so it's a spot everyone in the village knows well. The company name is Jivan Samruddhi High-Tech Farmer Producer Company Limited, and it’s run by a group of us who live and work right here in the Murtizapur area of Akola. Our address is care of Shankar Phadnaik. We work as a collective, focusing on how to bring better techniques to our local farming community. It’s mostly about helping each other out with inputs and selling what we grow. Being in a small village like Hirpur means we are always close to the land. We don't have a corporate building, just this house where we meet and store some of our documents. The "high-tech" part of our name reflects our interest in trying out new methods, but at the end of the day, we are still farmers with dirt on our hands. We talk about seeds, weather, and market prices every single day. It’s a community effort to make sure our families and neighbors can get by. Most of the time, you'll find us out in the fields rather than at the house, but that's where the office work happens when it has to. It’s a straightforward way of life here in Maharashtra, and we just take things one day at a time as a team.
