TEJA BUILDCON LLP

Teja Buildcon LLP is basically run out of Village Magra. It’s a bit different than the big corporate offices you see in the middle of Jaipur or Delhi. We are located at the house of Gheesa, the son of Ganesh Jat. It’s a very local, family-oriented setup. Most of the people who deal with us are neighbors or people from the surrounding villages who need help with building things. We don't have a reception desk or a sign that lights up at night. It’s more about sitting down, having a glass of water, and talking about the project at hand. The construction business in a place like this relies a lot on trust and just knowing who you are talking to. We spend a lot of time out at the actual sites instead of sitting behind a desk. It’s dusty work, and your clothes usually end up covered in cement or mud by the end of the day. We don't really mind that part. It’s just how it goes when you’re building houses or sheds in a rural area. The pace of life is a little slower here, but the work is hard. We try to keep things moving so people can use their new spaces on time. There aren't any big slogans here, just people doing their jobs the way they know how. We’ve been here a long time and expect to stay right where we are.
