Our office is tucked away in the Dhola Bhatta area, specifically near Asha Ganj. If you know where Harshi By Dharmshala is, we are right there. It’s a familiar landmark for everyone in this part of town. We’ve been operating from here for a good long time now. Dealing with properties in this neighborhood means we see a lot of the same faces. It’s mostly about helping people find a place to stay or maybe sell a bit of land they’ve had for years. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know the streets around here like the back of our hands. The office itself is pretty simple. There's a couple of chairs for visitors and a desk where we keep all our records. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other days it feels like everyone in Asha Ganj is stopping by to ask about prices or a new listing. We don’t do much fancy advertising. Most of our work comes from word of mouth or people just walking by on their way to the Dharmshala. It’s a local way of doing things. We know which houses have good water and which ones might need a bit of work on the roof. People trust us because we live and work right here. It’s not about being the biggest agency, just about knowing the local market and being around when someone needs a hand with their property stuff.
