Kabra Properties

We are located at 23 Dhola Bhatta in the KC Complex. It’s a familiar spot for anyone living around this part of the city. Kabra Properties has been a local fixture for a while now. We don’t have a big corporate office with glass walls; it’s just a practical space where we get things done. Mostly, we help people find houses or land around Dhola Bhatta. The market here can be a bit unpredictable, so we try to keep our ear to the ground. It’s just me and a couple of others handling the day-to-day stuff. We spend a lot of time walking around neighborhoods and talking to owners. It’s not high-end work, but it’s important for the families who come to us. We’ve seen a lot of people move in and out of the KC Complex area over the years. We don't make big promises or use fancy language. We just show you what’s available and tell you the price. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than we’d like, but that’s just how things go with the local authorities. We like the personal side of the business, getting to know the neighbors and helping someone find their first home. It’s a simple life and we’re happy to be doing it right here in Dhola Bhatta.
