At Vv Bhagatani Property, we operate from the corner area near Beawer Road and Madan Gopal Road. It’s a busy intersection and there’s always something going on. We’ve been working out of this location for quite a while now. The building is a bit older, but it stays cool in the summer which is important around here. We deal with all sorts of properties, from small plots to older houses that need work. Our desk is usually covered in old files and maps of the local divisions. We don't use much fancy technology; we prefer writing things down in our ledgers. It feels more reliable that way. People walk in from the street all the time to ask about prices or who owns which piece of land. We know most of the families in the area, so we can usually give them a straight answer. The chai wallah next door brings us tea twice a day, and that’s when we usually take a break to chat. This isn't a high-pressure environment. We take our time to make sure the papers are right. Dealing with property in this part of town requires knowing the history of the land. We’ve picked up a lot of that over the years just by listening to the older folks. It’s just a local business trying to help people find a place, without making a big fuss about anything. We just keep at it every single day and make sure the work is solid.
