Shri Gannayak Buildestate Private Limited

You can find us right on Ajmer Road, specifically in Off.No.102 on the 1st Floor. We are across from the Mangalam Metropolisdiamond Tower, which everyone knows. Shri Gannayak Buildestate Private Limited has been operating out of here for a bit. The office is usually cluttered with blueprints and half-empty cups. Working in real estate and building stuff means you are always on the move between the desk and the actual sites. It gets loud out there with all the traffic on Ajmer Road, but we are used to it by now. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and trying to make sure the materials arrive when they are supposed to. Sometimes they don't, and then we have to spend the afternoon on the phone trying to track things down. It is not a glamorous job. Most of the time, our shoes are covered in dust from visiting plots. We don't use big words or try to act like we are some huge corporation. We are just a local team trying to put up buildings that stay standing. People stop by the office to ask about prices or to complain about something, and we just listen and try to sort it out. It is busy, it is tiring, but it is what we do every day. We just keep plugging away at it until the sun goes down.
