RUKMA CONSTRUCTION (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

RUKMA CONSTRUCTION is based in Sendariya, right near the Parle G factory. If the wind is blowing the right way, you can actually smell the biscuits being baked while we are working. Our office is registered under Mahendra Singh’s name, and it is a pretty small operation since it’s an OPC. Ajmer can get really hot, especially out here by the factory, so we try to get most of our field work done in the early morning. We don't have a team of secretaries or a fancy lounge. Usually, it's just Mahendra or one of the guys handling everything from the phone calls to the site visits. It is a lot for one person to manage, but we make it work. We handle local construction projects, mostly small stuff for people nearby. We don't use flashy brochures or sales pitches. If someone needs something built, they come by and we talk about it over a glass of water. It is a practical way of doing business. Sometimes we run into delays because of the weather or getting materials delivered out to Sendariya, but we always let people know what’s going on. We are just regular people working hard in the Ajmer sun. It isn't always easy, but there is a certain satisfaction in seeing a project finished and knowing we did it ourselves. That is really all there is to it for us here.
