Raja & Sons

We are Raja & Sons, located at 23, Sant Kanwar Ram Colony, Foy Sagar Road,. My father started this business a long time ago and we have just kept it going. The street gets quite busy in the mornings with people going to work. We usually open up the shutters around nine. Sometimes we are here earlier if there is a lot of stock to move. It is mostly just a few of us here working through the lists and keeping things moving. The tea stall down the road brings us chai in the mornings and afternoons. We do not have any fancy chairs or a big glowing sign, just the old one that has been there for years. People in the colony know where we are. Foy Sagar Road has changed a lot since I was a kid but we stay in this same spot. We mostly deal with things as they come in. It is a quiet enough life if you can ignore the traffic noise from the main road. The walls inside could probably use a bit of paint but we never seem to find the time for it because there is always some work to finish. We do not do much in the way of advertising. Most people just stop by or give us a call when they need something. We keep all our records in the back room. It is a bit dusty but we know where everything is kept. Sometimes when it rains hard we have to move things away from the front door. It is just a normal place where we work every day.
