Swati Pharma

We've been here in Choti Basti for quite some time now. Being right in the Main Market means we see a lot of people every day. It’s busy around here, especially in the mornings when everyone is out doing their shopping. We run Swati Pharma and it’s basically just us helping out folks who come by looking for what they need. The shop isn't huge, but we keep it organized as much as we can. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but that’s just life in the market. We know most of our neighbors by name. It’s a tight-knit spot here in the basti. We spend most of our day behind the counter, checking stock and talking to people. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a regular place where we do our work. We’ve seen the market change over the years, new shops coming and going, but we’re still here at the same spot. It gets dusty sometimes with all the vehicles passing by, but you get used to it. We try to keep things simple. If someone needs something, we look for it. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us making sure things run okay. People stop by even if they don't need medicine, just to say hello or ask about the weather. That’s how it is in a local market like this one. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done every day.
