Prakriti The Nature Resorts Llp is managed by Sanjay Mahawar, who is the son of Nandlal. Our main office is located at Plot No 6A, Khasra No 366/1, in the Govardhan Colony. It’s more of a plot-based office than a big commercial building, which fits with our focus on nature resorts. We spend a lot of time looking at land records and dealing with the Khasra numbers, as that’s a big part of the resort business out here. Sanjay is usually around the office making sure the day-to-day operations are going okay. Govardhan Colony is a decent place to be based, even if the roads get a bit dusty sometimes. We focus on the practical side of running nature-based properties. This means a lot of talk about landscaping, water supply, and building maintenance. Our setup is pretty informal; we don't wear suits or have big board meetings. We just sit around the table and figure out what needs to be done for the week. Sometimes it’s a bit of a scramble when a new project starts, but we manage to get through it. We’ve been working from this plot in the colony for a while now and we’ve gotten used to the way things flow. It’s just us and a couple of other staff members keeping the partnership going. We don't have any fancy mission statements, we just want to keep the resorts running well.
