The heat in Ajmer can be pretty intense, so we spend a lot of time making sure the coolers are filled with water and running well. Most of us who work here have been together for years, so we’re more like friends than anything else. We know the tea seller down the street and the guy who delivers the mail. It’s a small-town feeling even though Ajmer is a famous place. We don't try to be something we’re not. We are just a local business that has been around the block a few times.
