Hotel Kesard'Villa

You can find us at Plot 22, Row 5 in Ashok Vihar Colony. It's tucked away in Subhash Nagar here in Ajmer. It's a residential sort of area, so it's not as loud as staying right by the bus stand or the train station. We like it that way. Kesard'Villa is a small place, more like a guesthouse than a big hotel. We have been here for a few years now. My family helps out with the cleaning and the cooking in the back. We have a few rooms spread out over the floors. It's a simple life. We don't have a big neon sign, just a small board so people can find the gate. Most of our guests come because someone told them about us or they stayed here before. We don't do much advertising. We spend our mornings getting the breakfast ready and making sure the water is running fine in all the bathrooms. Ajmer can be a bit crowded and dusty, so having a spot in a colony like this is good for a bit of peace. The rooms are plain but they are okay for a night or two. We try to be friendly and helpful. If the tea is late, it's usually because we are busy in the back fixing something. We just take things as they come. It's an honest living and we enjoy meeting the people who come to visit the city. We keep things tidy and make sure everyone has what they need for their stay.
