Our place is at 1152 25 in Ajmer. It’s a straightforward address for a straightforward business. Ajmer is a city with a lot of history, and we feel like a small part of that. We’ve been operating out of this same spot for quite some time now. The office isn't much to look at from the outside. It’s just a door and some windows, but inside we stay busy. We have a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We like to keep things on paper because it feels more secure to us. The neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to the main markets, which is nice for getting work done without too many distractions. Sometimes travelers passing through the city stop by and ask for directions, and we’re happy to help. We don't have any fancy signs or neon lights. We just have our name on the door so people know they’ve found the right place. Most of our day is spent handling requests and talking to people who have been coming to us for years. We don't do much in the way of marketing because everyone around here already knows who we are. It’s a small operation, just a few people who have worked together for a long time. We take our breaks together and talk about the weather or the local news. It’s a decent way to spend the day. We usually close up shop before the evening prayers start.
