B S Gupta

We are located right on Srinagar Road. It’s a busy stretch and there’s always something happening outside the windows. B S Gupta is basically just a local operation. We’ve been at this location for a long time, so we’ve seen the road change and the traffic get heavier. The office is pretty straightforward. We have some shelves, a few desks, and a lot of files. We don’t really go for those modern office designs because that's not what we are about. We just need a place to sit and handle the daily tasks. Most of our visitors are people from around here who know us by name. It’s nice having that kind of connection with the community. We aren't trying to be the biggest around, just reliable. The work gets done, maybe not always with a smile if it's been a long Monday, but it gets done right eventually. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the internet acts up for an hour, but that’s just life on Srinagar Road. We don’t have a marketing department or anything like that. If people like what we do, they tell their friends and neighbors. That’s how we’ve always operated. It’s a bit old-fashioned I guess, but it works for us and our family. We keep things simple and just focus on what's in front of us. No big plans to expand, just keeping the doors open and the papers moving.
