MRITUANJA BUILDCON LLP is based out of Bherav Nagar on Mazella Road in Kishangarh. Our office is located at the place of Mahendra Singh, which is a bit of a local landmark for us. We’ve been operating in the Ajmer district for a good while now, mostly focusing on small to mid-sized building projects. We aren't a corporate giant with a shiny tower. We’re just a group of people who know how to work with our hands and understand the local building scene. Kishangarh is a busy place with all the marble and trade going on, and we try to keep up with that pace. Sometimes it’s a struggle to find the right workers or get the transport sorted, but we usually figure it out. We don't have a big marketing department. Most of our work comes from people just talking to each other. We spend a lot of time on Mazella Road, either in the office or moving between sites. It’s a practical way to live. We’ve learned that the most important thing is just to be reliable. If we say we’ll show up, we do our best to be there. We deal with a lot of different people, from suppliers to laborers, and we try to treat everyone fairly. It’s not a complicated philosophy, just how we like to run things. The work is hard and the sun is hot, but we are used to it and we just keep at it.
