Being near the Krashi Mandi means there are always tractors and trucks moving around, so it is a very active area. We have been working on land development and housing around here for some time now. In a place like Bijainagar, everyone kind of knows everyone else, so we keep our business very straightforward. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated contracts. Usually, we are just out on the land, measuring things out or seeing how the latest construction phase is going. The office is a basic spot where we sit down to escape the heat and do the accounts. It gets pretty dusty because of the road, but that is just part of being near the market area. We handle the local property stuff that comes our way, whether it's a small plot or something a bit bigger. We like being in this part of Ajmer because it feels like things are actually happening here.
