Janardan Sharma

My name is Janardan Sharma and you can find me over at the Pushkar Bar Association in the Civil Line area. Being here means I spend a lot of my time around the legal community and the courts. It’s a busy place with a lot of people moving around all day long. Civil Line is where most of the action happens for us. My office isn't anything special to look at, just a desk, some chairs, and a whole lot of law books and papers that need sorting out. I’ve been working out of the Bar Association for quite some time now. It’s a practical location because everything I need is right here. Pushkar is a unique place to work, especially with the history and the way the town feels during the different seasons. My work involves a lot of listening and writing things down carefully. I don’t go for big talk or trying to impress people with fancy words. I just do my job and try to help the people who come to see me. Some days are much longer than others, especially when the courts are backed up with many cases. I usually grab a quick tea between meetings and then get back to it. It’s a steady life here in Civil Line. I appreciate the regulars who stop by to chat or ask for some advice. It feels like a small community inside the building where we all know each other.
