Hotel Mittal Paradise & Pure Veg. Restaurant

We run Hotel Mittal Paradise & Pure Veg. Restaurant, which you can find in the Dhan Mandi area near Dargah Bazar. Having both the hotel and the restaurant means we are busy from early morning until late at night. The restaurant is purely vegetarian, so we spend a lot of time sourcing fresh vegetables from the market nearby. It’s a hectic area because of the proximity to the Dargah, and there are always people walking past the front door. The hotel rooms are located above the restaurant, so there is a lot of moving up and down the stairs for the staff. We don't have a big corporate office or a fancy management team; it’s just us and a few helpers keeping the place tidy. Sometimes the street outside gets blocked by carts or too many people, and that can make it tricky for guests to get in with their bags. We just try to keep things running as smoothly as possible. The kitchen is the heart of the place, and there is always something bubbling on the stove. We don't bother with much decoration or trying to look like a luxury spot. It’s just a place to eat a good meal and sleep in a clean bed. We focus on our chores, like laundry and cooking, and try to be helpful to the people who choose to stay with us. It’s a lot of work, but it is what we know how to do.
