Hira Mobile & Fancy Store

Hira Mobile & Fancy Store is my little shop over in Deepak Nagar, Kishangarh. I decided to combine mobile stuff with fancy items like bangles, bindis, and small gifts because that’s what people in this neighborhood were asking for. It’s an interesting mix. One minute I’m helping someone pick out a phone cover, and the next I’m showing a group of girls the latest hair clips. The shop is quite colorful because of all the different things we have on display. It’s located on a residential street, so most of our customers are the people living right next door or a few houses down. It’s a very friendly atmosphere. We have a small stool for people to sit on if they want to browse through the jewelry. I try to keep the stock fresh by bringing in new items every couple of weeks. Sometimes the kids from the nearby school come in just to look at the shiny things. It keeps me on my toes, managing two different types of inventory. Deepak Nagar is a nice place to work. It’s not as chaotic as the main market, but we still stay busy. I handle everything from the cleaning to the sales myself. It’s a lot of work for one person, but I enjoy the variety of people I get to talk to every day. It’s my way of making a living and staying part of the local scene.
