Heer Ranjha Bags

Our shop, Heer Ranjha Bags, sits right in the middle of the bustle at Dargha Bazar in Dhan Mandi. If you know the area, you know how crowded it gets with everyone coming and going. We have been here for a good while, selling all sorts of bags to whoever walks through the door. Some people want fancy looking ones for weddings, while others just need something sturdy to carry groceries or clothes. We keep the bags stacked pretty high because the space isn't huge. You might have to wait a minute while we pull something down from the top shelf with a long stick. It gets dusty because of the market location, so we spend a lot of time wiping things down in the mornings before the crowd arrives. We aren't trying to be some big showroom with bright lights and fancy music. It’s just a place to get a bag that works for what you need. The lights inside are a bit dim, but you can see well enough to check the stitching and the zippers. Sometimes the tea seller from next door comes by and we chat while waiting for customers to wander in. It’s a loud spot with all the market noise and the traffic outside, but we are used to it by now. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming to Dhan Mandi for years. We just sell bags and try to stay out of the heat as much as possible.
