You can find us right near Madar Gate. It’s a loud spot, but we like being in the middle of it. Babna'S Bag has been here for a good while now. We mostly spend our time moving boxes around or showing people the different straps and pockets on the backpacks. The floor is concrete and we try to keep it swept, but with so many people walking in from the street, there's always a bit of dirt. We keep the colorful bags upfront to catch the eye. It's mostly just sitting behind the counter and waiting for the next person to ask about a price or a specific color. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit in the shade of the doorway until it comes back on. We have all sorts of stuff, from small purses to big travel bags that take up too much room on the shelves. My brother helps out on the busy days when the festival crowds come through Madar Gate. It’s a lot of standing around and talking. We don't have a website or anything like that. If someone wants a bag, they just come and talk to us. We try to keep things organized but it usually ends up looking a bit messy by noon. That’s just the way a bag shop works when you have so much stock tucked into every corner and hanging from the ceiling hooks.
