Gopal Singh Rathore

I spend most of my days over at the Pushkar Bar Association in Civil Line. It’s a place that stays busy from early morning until late in the evening. There are always people walking through the halls with files and talking about their cases. My spot is just one small part of that whole scene. I’ve been doing this long enough that the walls of my office feel like they’ve seen everything. It’s a bit cramped with all the law books and stacks of paper, but I know where everything is. People come to me when they have problems that need a clear head. I don’t use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone. I just tell them what the situation is and what we can do about it. The furniture is old, mostly wood that creaks when you sit down. I think it adds a bit of character. Civil Line is a decent area, though parking can be a real headache if you arrive late. I usually walk if I can. Working in the legal field isn't always easy, but it keeps the mind sharp. I like the routine of it. Morning tea, reading through the daily lists, and then seeing who comes through the door. It’s how it’s been for years. I don’t see myself doing anything else because this is where I feel I can help.
