Geo Placement

We are set up in Vaishali Nagar, specifically in the Sri Ram Vihar Colony. It’s a nice enough place to have an office for Geo Placement. We spend most of our time helping people find work or helping businesses find staff. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and looking through resumes. The office itself is pretty plain. We have a few chairs for people to sit while they wait, and some old desks. It’s not the most modern setup, but it gets the job done. We’ve been in this colony for a while, so we know the neighbors and the local tea stall well. Vaishali Nagar is a good location, easy for people to get to. We don't use any fancy software or big slogans. We just try to listen to what people are looking for and see if we can help. Some days are really busy with people coming in and out, other days it’s just us catching up on paperwork. We’ve learned that the most important part of this job is just being honest with people. We don't make any big promises we can't keep. It’s just a small local operation, and we like it that way. We aren't some massive recruitment agency with hundreds of offices. It is just us here in the colony, doing what we can to match people with jobs. It's a living and we enjoy meeting new people every week.
