Anil Electronics

If you're walking down New Mejetic Road in Adarsh Nagar, you’ll find my shop, Anil Electronics. I’ve been fixing things and selling parts here for years. The shop is usually a bit of a mess because there are always wires, circuits, and old television sets waiting for someone to pick them up. I don't mind the clutter though. It feels like a real workspace that way. People come in when their gadgets stop working or when they need a specific cable they can't find anywhere else. I spend a lot of time with a soldering iron in my hand. Sometimes the repairs are easy, and sometimes I have to tell people it's not worth fixing, which is never fun. Adarsh Nagar is a good spot for a shop like this because people are always moving around. I don't really have a team of people; it's mostly just me behind the counter. I learned most of what I know by taking things apart when I was younger and seeing how they functioned. Now I do it for a living. It’s not a big corporate store with bright lights. It’s just a local place where you can get your electronics looked at. I try to keep the door open when the weather is nice so I can see what's happening on the road. It gets dusty, but that’s just part of being on New Mejetic Road. I just keep at it.
