Gajendra Interior Decorators

Down in Dhola Bhatta, in the New Rajeev Nagar area, is where Gajendra Interior Decorators is based. We are not one of those high-end firms with a glass showroom and people in fancy suits. Our place is more like a workshop. It is full of samples of wood, fabric scraps, and cans of paint that we have used on various projects over the months. There is always a bit of dust in the air and the smell of sawdust, which I actually quite like. It shows that we are actually working on something real. We started out in New Rajeev Nagar because it is a good, central spot where we can reach our clients easily without too much trouble. My crew and I spend most of our days out at job sites, but this is where we come back to plan things out and figure out our next steps. We do not have a big marketing budget or a social media manager. Most of our work comes from people seeing what we have done in their neighbor’s house and asking for our phone number. We just talk plain and tell people what is possible and what is not for their space. If a job is going to take two weeks, we just say it will take two weeks. We do not see the point in making things sound better than they are. It is just hard work.
