Five Star Hotel & General Store

We have been running this place, Five Star Hotel & General Store, out here in Kishangarh on N.H 8 for quite some time now. It is a bit of a mixed spot because we have the hotel rooms for people traveling through and then the general store for things folks might need on the road. Most of our days start pretty early because the trucks on the highway never really stop. It gets noisy sometimes with all the traffic passing by, but you get used to it after a while. The store keeps us busy during the day with people stopping in for small items or snacks. We try to keep the shelves stocked, though sometimes things run out faster than we expect. It is not a fancy place, just a regular building by the side of the road where people can rest their legs for a bit. My family helps out with the cleaning and making sure the rooms are ready when someone pulls in late at night. The weather around here gets really hot in the summer, so we spend a lot of time just trying to stay cool inside. Sometimes we sit out front when the sun goes down and watch the lights on the highway. It’s a simple life running a business out here, but it keeps us moving. We see a lot of different faces every day, mostly just people trying to get from one city to another who need a quick break.
