It’s an old building, the kind with very thick walls and narrow, steep stairs. We’ve been here long enough that the various creaks in the floorboards feel familiar to everyone who works here. Chhotey Lal Goyal isn't about fancy presentations, sleek websites, or big marketing campaigns. We are just about the day-to-day business that happens in the heart of Naya Bazar. The office is usually piled high with old ledgers, notebooks, and loose papers. It might look a bit chaotic to an outsider walking in for the first time, but there is a definite system to it all. We spend our time talking to the people who come by and making sure all the records are kept straight. The light in the office isn't the best, especially in the corners, but we have our desk lamps and we get the job done. Being in Uttar Ghee Mandi means we are part of a very long history of local trade and hard work. We don't need a polished corporate image to do our jobs well. We just stay present.
