Cambrian Park Llp

Cambrian Park Llp is located at B 155 in the Riico Housing Colony along Ajmer Road. Being out near Ajmer Road means we deal with a lot of the expansion happening in that direction. The office is right there in the colony, which is convenient for us since we live nearby too. It is a straightforward operation we have got going. We focus on housing development and managing the land we have. The colony itself is a bit of a mix of old and new, and our office fits right in. We are not big on meetings that last for hours; we prefer to just talk things over quickly and then get out to the field. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or checking on the maintenance of the properties. It can be a bit dusty with all the construction nearby, but you get used to it after a while. We have a small group of staff who have been with us for a long time, so we all know each other’s habits. We do not go for the high-pressure sales stuff you see elsewhere. If someone is interested in what we are doing, they just stop by for a chat. We try to keep things honest and simple. Some days are just about fixing fences or clearing brush, and other days we are looking at new layouts. It keeps us busy and out of trouble.
